At MERXXA we work to get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible. Our shipping conditions are set out below.
Shipping areas
We ship throughout mainland Spain.
For shipments to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or abroad, please contact us at info@merxxa.com before placing your order.
Delivery times
Preparation and delivery normally takes 3 to 7 working days within mainland Spain, depending on production volume and the delivery address.
Please note that our products are made to order, so timings may vary slightly during busy periods (campaigns, public holidays and so on).
You will receive tracking information throughout so you can follow your order.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown automatically at checkout, before you complete your order.
Order tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to check the status of your shipment.

Delivery problems
Once an order has been handed to the courier, responsibility for transport lies with that company.
MERXXA is not liable for delays or problems beyond its control, but will always support the customer in arranging delivery or resolving the issue.
